This term for our topic you probably already know that our schools topic is earth and beyond. So our class decided to focus on stars and we started out thinking about the sun. Here are my notes of what I have learnt so far.
Hi Cypress - it's so cool to see you had already learned about the Sun before you arrived in Science at Tamaki College :) I hope you learned some more about our Earth and Solar System this year in Term 1!
Hi Cypress Just heard on the news that astronomers have discovered a star and an earth like planet. The distance between the star and planet is similar to ours and chances it may support like. The distances you mentioned in your note are huge making space travel quite challenging. Perhaps your generation will be able to solve this problem for humanity.
